Four cities in eight days

Sydney sold out three weeks early. Walking into Hordern that afternoon was the first time the scale of this band hit me — six thousand seats, an empty room that already had a weight to it.

We played four cities in eight days. Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth. The rooms changed but the band found a thread between them, somewhere around the third song every night.

Came home with three notebook pages I want to turn into something.
